For good health, balance, and everyday wellness

A few of my favorite teas.

In my kitchen i have a drawer full of teas. Teas for all sorts of conditions and all with different benefits.

Recently my husband caught a cold, i could feel my throat getting sore and immediately ran to my tea drawer and make a immunity tea packed with vitamins and added in some honey, as honey is a natural antibiotic. Let’s just say, i woke up fine the next day, while he suffered for a whole week (he says he is too much of man to drink tea, ha!)

This had me thinking about all the teas i drink and all of the benefits they provide and so, i came up with my top 10 teas that every woman should be drinking.

There is something deeply comforting about a warm cup of tea. Women in many cultures have used tea, not just for enjoyment, but as a natural way to support their bodies and calm their minds. Creating your own tea ritual

Tea is much more than just a drink. It can become something that you drink everyday that you know is providing your body with many benefits.

Start with a few teas from this list and make it a point to sit and drink a full cup, with little or no distractions. It can be the one part of your day that is just for you.

Sometimes the smallest habits are the ones that bring the most joy. I like to pair my cup of tea with gratitude. Every cup reminds me to be thankful for all that i have in my life.
