15+ Botanical wallpaper ideas to bring the beauty of nature indoors

There are many benefits to bringing nature indoors, one way is by using wallpaper in botanical prints. I am going to share with you my favorite botanical wallpapers on the internet right now ✨

I am currently sitting in my living room looking at the walls, dreaming of covering them in a beautiful botanical print. This has been something that has been on my heart for a while.

I love nature and there are so many benefits to bringing nature indoors as home decor.

There is something powerful about bringing nature into our homes. Natural elements—botanical wallpaper, flowers, branches, wood, stone and even the colors we choose can make a room feel more grounded, peaceful and connected to the world outside. Our homes are where we spend so much of our lives, and surrounding ourselves with reminders of nature can create a sense of calm and beauty in even the busiest days. I love the idea that a home doesn't have to feel separate from the garden, it can carry little pieces of it indoors.

A botanical print on the wall, a vase filled with foraged branches or a bowl of seasonal fruit can make an ordinary room feel more alive. Nature-inspired decorating isn't about following a particular trend, it's about creating a home that feels warm, timeless and deeply connected to what is happening outside of our homes.

Recently, i went to a local woodland near my home and collected some beautiful branches to place in vases as fall decor, and since then i have been searching for the perfect botanical wallpaper for my living room.

My favorite branches to forage are:

  • birch

  • oak - especially with golden leaves still attached

  • willow

  • any branches with berries for some color

Please check foraging rules and restrictions in your area before going out if this is something that inspires you.

I also found the most perfect vases on my recent trip to Ikea. These placed on my tv stands with some oak branches would be so beautiful as fall decor.

I have never been one for decorating with plastic pumpkins and bright orange, but foraged branches make me so happy.

I am going to share my favorite prints for botanical wallpapers (i will include links where possible) and i would love to hear which ones you would choose. Pictured below is my current living room color.

Dark an moody. I imagine this in a small bathroom with gold or brass colored taps. This print is available on Amazon and you can take a look here.

Also an Amazon find, this print is just so pretty. I can see this in a bedroom. Take a closer look here.
