What is an Ayurvedic dosha?
In Ayurveda, everything in nature - including our bodies - is made up of five elements.
Air
Ether (space)
Fire
Water
Earth
These elements combine to create the three doshas, or energy types.
Vata - air + ether
Pitta - fire + water
Kapha - earth + water
Each person has all three doshas, but usually one or two are more dominant.
Understanding your dosha can help you:
Improve digestion
Choose the right foods
Balance energy and hormones
Support glowing skin
Reduce stress in the body
It is your roadmap for living in harmony with your body.
